Analysis of proposed VLE governing documents
Dick Benedetti has done a thorough analysis of the proposed governing documents for VLE issued both in May and in October of 2007. Some version of these documents will be brought up for approval by the developer at their annual meeting on Dec. 8, 2007.
His analysis pinpoints flaws in these proposals, showing that they will not meet the needs of homeowners.
