Owners visiting VLE in April 2006
This post is intended to further the objective of promoting communication and friendship among VLE owners.
If you intend to be at VLE during April 2006, and might be interested in meeting or socializing with other owners, please enter a comment to this post giving your name and arrival and departure dates. This will help owners learn when others will be in attendance and possibly interested in getting together.

Deleted comments
Today an ex-employee of VLE named Joe Makares logged comments on most of our posts directing owners to his website at southofthebordervacationrentals.com . (There you go, Joe, your message is out.) I made the judgment that these 15 or so comments were not appropriate, and deleted them.
You may occasionally see a note saying "comment deleted by administrator." I don't want to delete things, but we have been spammed before, and I think sometimes it's the only reasonable thing to do. There is one additional step I don't want to take, and that is to have all posts reviewed and approved by an administrator (namely, me) before they appear. That doesn't appeal to me AT ALL.
I just wanted you to know what it means when a comment is deleted...
