Hallelujah, Fideicosimo !!
After almost two years of waiting, our fideicosimo arrived this week! As best as I can tell, our closing is finally done. Fractional owners, take heart!
It's my understanding that the annual trust fees are paid out of the FF&E replacement fund, at least that's what I was told when we bought. If anybody knows anything different, please post.

I just receivedmy deed on Sep. 13, 2006, after nearly 3 years. I guess the log jam is finally clearing up.
